We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. Please note we do not accept returns for made-to-order items and accessories.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Return or exchange option is available to customers within 24 hours from the time of delivery
Terms and Conditions for Return or Exchange

Return or Exchange request can be placed only within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Once received, the customer care team at nikunjnayak.customercare@gmail.com would study the need for return or exchange

Product to be returned or Exchanged should be UNUSED, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UNSOILED, WITHOUT ANY STAINS OR SIGNS OF HAVING BEEN TAMPERED WITH, FREE OF DAMAGE, WITHOUT ANY SCRATCHES, FREE OF TEARS OR HOLES and FRESH with all the tags intact.

Exchange will be allowed for the same product with its available different sizes and not with any other product of higher or lower value.

Exchange will only be allowed for ONE time for any product.

Products allowed for Return or Exchange - Apparel Only.

Products not Allowed for Return or Exchange - Accessories or Footwear.

Apparels which are customised will not be eligible for Return or Exchange.

If you receive the product which is different from the product ordered please return the product by placing a return request within 24 hours from the time of delivery with all the original tags. We will deliver you the original Product ordered after we receive the returned product which was mistakenly delivered to you.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Only the order which has not been despatched from the warehouse can be cancelled.

Order which is customised cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of placing an order.

Order cannot be revised, in order to do so, you must first cancell the order and then place the revised order.
REFUND

A Refund, if applicable, will be intiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse and the product has passed the quality check.

A Refund, if applicable, will be credited within 10-15 days after the product is recived at warehouse and passes quality checks.

Shipping Fee will not be refunded in case of returns.

The amount refunded, should reflect within minimum of business days, depending upon various banks.
Orders on COD, strictly cannot be returned.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at nikunjnayak.customercare@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
No refunds on international orders.
